We’ve welcomed back our partner Ms. Hernandez through EFNEP to offer you a free “Healthy Bites, Healthy Moves” program! The only thing that can make this better is if you join us. 🫶🏻
HBHM is a program with several lessons revolving around nutrition. Classes will begin this coming Wednesday, January 24th from 5:15-6:15 PM and every Wednesday till March 6th.
A quick review includes:
🍎8-week based nutrition program.
🍎8 different nutrition topics.
🍎Parents take home to keep-booklets, recipe cards, and incentives we provide.
🍎Food demonstration done by Ms. Hernandez.
🍎Light physical activity.
🍎Kitchen items to raffle off on last day of program. (Names in drawing based on class attendance).
